As a Senior Manager you will serve as a process leader, creating and governing ITSM
policies, contributing to the requirements to develop automated deployment tools,
continuously driving process and quality improvements through innovation and automation,
and assisting with collaborative efforts to improve the business, in relation to change, incident and problem management.

Focusing on Knowledge and Asset Management, the Senior Manager will the storage and distribution of corporate knowledge and assets within the business. Additionally, the Senior Manager: You’ll focus on managing the development, improvement and implementation of Information Technology Service Management processes at PwC, and collaborating with technology tool owners to help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth, leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).
