Job Requirements and Preferences:
Our Technology Quality & Effectiveness (TQE) team plays a critical role in ensuring that our technology and Network Information Security (NIS) solutions deliver high-quality, effective outcomes for our internal stakeholders and clients.
The TQE team’s vision is to incentivize collaboration and innovation across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions. We evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and establish metrics that prioritize customer needs while reducing risk and increasing performance.
As a Senior Associate on the TQE team, you will be part of a dynamic group that bridges technology, security, and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance security posture, and enable innovation. Your role will involve hands-on application of AI and automation tools, data-driven insights, and process optimization, all while supporting compliance and governance standards.
What You Will Do:
Apply AI and Automation Tools:
Drive applied use of AI pilots and LLM tooling (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, LangFlow, n8n, AutoGen) to deliver practical outcomes.
Understand the broader technology stack, including APIs, data sources, orchestration layers, and infrastructure components—to ensure seamless integration.
Enable Workflow Automation:
Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and other Power Platform
components (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) to streamline operations and support scalable solutions.
Data Visualization & Reporting:
Build dynamic dashboards and automate reporting using tools like Power BI, Workbench, Copilot, and Miro to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Research & Innovation:
Explore emerging technologies such as Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents to enhance decision-making and process automation.
Operate sandbox environments for experimentation, validate AI outputs for accuracy and bias, and capture lessons learned into templates and playbooks.
Security & Compliance:
Support evaluations of security services by assessing compliance, risk reduction, and customerperceived value.
Contribute to audits and assessments aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Agile Delivery & Metrics:
Work within agile or iterative delivery models, managing ambiguity, and adapting to evolving priorities.
Establish success metrics and monitor progress toward objectives to ensure measurable impact.
Basic Qualifications:
Applied AI pilots and LLM tooling (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, LangFlow, n8n, AutoGen) to deliver practical outcomes, with working knowledge of the surrounding technology stack, including APIs, data sources, orchestration layers, and basic infrastructure components to ensure effective integration and deployment. While not expected to be developers, candidates should understand how these tools interact within end-to-end workflows.
Applied tools such as Power BI, Workbench, Copilot, and Miro to visualize data and automate reporting through dynamic dashboards.
Designed and applied automated workflows using Power Automate and other components of the
Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) to enhance operational efficiency and support scalable, integrated solutions.
Exposure to agile or iterative delivery models and ability to manage ambiguity.
Research new topics and come up with creative ways to evaluate, measure success, and monitor progress to objectives.
Leveraged core data science skills to uncover trends, analyze data, and inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma
Degree Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
4 years in technology, security, or process improvement roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supported evaluations of security services by assessing compliance, risk reduction, and customerperceived value; contributed to analysis of artifacts and interviews to determine effectiveness and provided actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making.
Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in exploring Agentic AI workflows, including how autonomous agents can enhance decision-making, process automation, and cross-platform collaboration. Build and test prompts/flows; validate AI outputs for accuracy and bias; support promote-to-production readiness (walkthroughs, one-pagers, basic access controls); operate a small team sandbox for experimentation and light usage tracking; capture lessons learned into simple templates/playbooks; invest ~20% of time in upskilling on emerging AI patterns while supporting proof-of-concepts and value tracking.
Familiarity with assessments, audits or inspections and associated compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
