As Head of IT / OT, you will have strategic responsibility for managing all digital systems, including Information systems, IT infrastructure, OT systems, process control, and full automation of the plant.

You will steer the digital solutions of a 100% automated plant, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and compliance with environmental standards, in accordance with the Group's IT strategy and operational needs.

MAIN MISSIONS

- Drive the digital transformation strategy by integrating IT, OT, process control, and full automation of the plant to ensure efficient, secure, and sustainable production.

- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of all IT, OT, and automated systems, including industrial networks, SCADA, PLC, and IoT, in an isolated and extreme environment.

- Ensure operational continuity in a complex environment by orchestrating risk management related to automated systems.

- Optimize industrial processes through solutions such as advanced data analysis, predictive maintenance, and the introduction of artificial intelligence solutions.

- Manage and optimize the overall budget, ensuring the profitability of technology investments.

- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team of 35 experts, promoting a culture of safety, innovation, delivery and performance.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in safety, environment, and cybersecurity, in the context of lithium extraction at high altitude.

- Maintain constant technological monitoring to identify and integrate innovations that maximize the plant's performance and sustainability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

Leadership and management
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams (~50 people) in industrial environment
- Ability to unite, motivate, and develop a technical team in a complex environment
- Strategic leadership and capacity to influence

Hard skills
- Mastery OT/Industrial systems (SCADA, PLC, automation, IoT, industrial networks, Manufacturing Operation Management)
- Mastery IT systems (SAP, BI, HR, Purchase, …) & IT/OT Infrastructures & support of users
- Knowledge of cybersecurity infrastructures applied to industrial systems and AI
- Management of large technology projects and integration of complex equipment

Experience

- Experience in the mining industry or heavy industrial sector
- Knowledge of environmental issues
- Experience in managing significant budgets (operational + projects)

Project management
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and budgets
- Aptitude to evolve the digital strategy according to operational needs
- Ability to drive change management

Education
Engineering degree or Master's degree in computer science, automation, electrical engineering and ideally Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.

Experience
15 years of experience in managing complex IT/OT systems, ideally in the mining industry or a heavy industrial sector.
